This blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc is generous in attack, its dark and sweet black cherry flavors marked by mineral, mouthcoating tannins. The wine remains on point through the finish, which revisits the initial woodsy scent of redwood fronds. A fine accompaniment to a grilled New York strip steak.
