This Chardonnay has lush citrus and floral notes on the nose with hints of bright honey crisp apple, vanilla and honeysuckle. The palate shows mouthwatering flavors of Bartlett pear and guava. Our high elevation sites capture the freshness and natural acidity that contribute to the bursting fruit flavors and clean mineral-laden finish.
Winemaker Notes
The vintage was gently whole cluster pressed and pumped dirrectly into a stainless-steel tank and chilled. We then start the fermentation process at a cool steady 58 degree Farenheit. Keeping fermentation at this temperature helps preserve some of the robust aromatics of the chardonnay varietal.
